RETURN POLICY

You can return any item purchased on KJ-U Store within 20 days of the delivery date.

Here’s how.

 

REFUND

Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

Before returning products, you must always wait for the Customer Service authorization. To send a return request to KJ-U Customer Service write an email (click here) indicating the order number, items to be returned, quantity and reason for the return.

Then send the products to Bloom Sas di Andrea Marsiletti via Lusenti 16, 42121 Reggio Emilia (Italy). The Customer have to pay for the return shipment.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.

EXCHANGE

Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a exchange.

If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 20 days of delivery date.

Write an email (click here) and replace size and/or color from those available.

Then send the products to Bloom Sas, via Lusenti 16, 42121 Reggio Emilia (Italy). The Customer have to pay for the return shipment.

We will then hold the item for you and as soon as we receive your return in the condition listed, we will ship it to the address from your original order.

You can exchange the size and/or color of an item one time only.

The exchange is free. The Customer have to pay for the exchange shipment.
